We specialize in agencies and corporations that are downsizing. Voluntary and involuntary reductions in the workforce can be managed sensibly and sensitively. Career transition includes assessment tools such as the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory; job search training from traditional areas to internet job hunting; and career, retirement and entrepreneurial options presented through workshops, training seminars, individualized counseling and personalized profiling. Our training is customized to meet the requirements of the client. The surviving employees need "in-placement" counseling as much as the departing employees need outplacement services.
